The US Office of Public Policy at UBS Americas serves as a link between the public and private sector, and manages the relationships between UBS and the U.S. federal government. This takes us to the halls of congress to discuss issues that are important to our industry where we: Monitor changes in legislation and regulations that affect our industry in the domestic and international marketplace. Interact with industry associations, elected officials and their staffs Review jurisdictional committee agendas, and meet frequently with industry peers.
And, when pending federal legislation is relevant to UBS, we consult and work with the appropriate business units on strategy and outcome
The office of Public Policy and Government Relations is housed in the UBS Americas offices in Washington, D.C.
